Professional Experience:
Thuy has been with PEAK since 2013 and manages the company’s Northern California office. As a project manager, she maintains direct communication with clients concerning overall project performance, provides design input for cost effective and efficient project solutions in the initial phases of the project, and oversees work performed by project engineers and design engineers.

Thuy has nine years of experience in performing analysis and design of a wide variety of projects. Her experience in new building design includes multi-family housing, mixed-use development, offices, laboratories, industrial, and tilt-up construction. Existing building experience includes additions and alterations, office building tenant improvements, equipment and solar installation, and seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing residential, commercial, and historical buildings. Preparing drawings and sketches for construction documents are a key part of her work. During construction, review of shop drawings and site visits are routinely performed in order to ensure conformance with contract documents.

Thuy is also trained for ATC-20 Post-earthquake Building Safety Evaluation and is a disaster service worker volunteer for the State of California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (OES).
